JOE WHITE

As a partner at Amstad Development, Joe is responsible for coordinating all day to day operations within the company as well as overseeing each project from conceptual design up to construction. Joe is proficient at the entitlement process as well as site design to achieve not only a beautiful, profitable and functional project but also one that meets all municipality requirements. At Amstad, Joe has directly overseen 30 million dollars in acquisitions, development, and sales.

Over the past 10 years, Joe has been involved in many aspects of real estate, from property management and personal investing to residential construction and commercial development.

Joe received his degree from Texas A&M in Urban Planning and has never steered away from his lifelong desire of being a real estate developer and investor. In his free time, Joe loves to spend time with his friends, family and Fiancé, Madison, as well as hunting, fishing and playing golf.
